Do you use slash commands?
Yes. The latest Discord API features are always preferred. If you insist on using old/deprecated message commands, that's possible as well.
Do you offer warranty for my Discord bot?
Yes. Warranty is expressed as 'code-support' in the feature comparison.
How can I report any issues/bugs regarding the bot?
In case you find a bug, this will be fixed under 'code-support' for free, updates will be delivered through GitHub.
What coding languages will be used to create the bot?
We work with NodeJS (javascript) primarily. For a higher fee, bot's can also be delivered in Python, TypeScript, C# or Rust.
Is the source code included?
Yes. The source code is always included and accessible to the buyer through GitHub.
If my bot needs persistent storage, how will you accomplish that?
For low-tier solutions JSON or Mongo will be used. For higher tier solutions, Sequelize using PostGreSQL is used instead.
Can you work on an existing bot and/or implement new features?
Yes. We can work on existing bots and expand the code base from there. It does depend on the code-base, if a low-quality code-base is currently in use, we will opt for a full rewrite over continuing development on a limited code-base.
